Rental Policy

  • All rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

  • Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.

  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

  • Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

  • Unit is non-smoking, no pets.

  • Vacationers under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian over the age of 25. Disregard of this policy is grounds for removal from the property and no refund of deposit.

  • All rubbish and debris must to placed in the garbage chutes on each walkway or in the dumpster bin located on the main floor behind the garage doors. 

  • The unit should be left locked.

  • You are welcome to use the beach towels but please return them to the condo or you will be charged $25/towel.

  • There is no daily maid service.

  • Parking Pass must be obtained from the guard/gate as you enter the property. You must display the parking pass on your vehicle at all times. Failure to display the parking pass may result in your vehicle being towed at the owners expense.

  • Condo owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Condo owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuable of the guest. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise. 

Rates

  • Rental rate for November through March is $275.00/night + a $150.00 cleaning fee. 

  • Rental rate for April thru October is $300.00/night + a $150.00 cleaning fee. 

  • Deposit of $275.00 required at booking. 

  • FULL payment is due 30 days in advance of reservation.
